Sizing a fabric bag is a little different to standard carrier bags, such as paper & plastic. Not only do fabric bags come in a range of different materials, but they also come in a range of configurations and bag types. A tote bag for instance is significantly different to a drawstring bag. Jute bags are, for instance, often found in different size configurations to a cotton bag. This makes sizing a little more complicated.
