Our customer, an installation agency for premium drinks brands, received a brief to provide a range of luxury packaging elements for the Patron Tequila installation at Heathrow T4.
Having worked with us before on previous projects, they came to us with the design concepts and we helped to find solutions for the range of bespoke requirements. This included wrapping paper printed with a metallic pantone in a specific pattern, luxury ribbon handle bags with hot foil, stickers and printed ribbon in 3 colours to tie everything together.
Working together with the project manager we explored different finishes, prints, colours and sizes, sharing proofs and samples before the project was ready for sign-off from the customer. Once the samples were approved, our production team then kicked into action to meet a tight deadline ready for the install at Heathrow, turning this around within 2 weeks.
It was essential the full order was ready for dispatch at the same time to ensure security checks could be completed and brand ambassadors had ample training time with each of the products.
It is wonderful to see the images of everything in place at the airport and to see how all of the hard work from everyone involved really does create an extra-special brand experience for customers and colleagues alike.
